A Guide to Select Wedding Music

With all the drama that is taking place for a beautiful day, have you ever thought about the type of music that will be played at your wedding?

Many people make the mistake of letting the DJ or the band decide the songs that are played at the wedding.  Do keep in mind that it is your wedding, a ceremony that takes place only once in a life time. Therefore make sure to select the music and the songs for this special day mostly by yourself, of course with a little help from the band or the DJ.

Start the plan by deciding whether you want pure music to be played or whether you want songs or a mix of both. Then decide whether it’s going to be a band or a DJ. A band is always more lively and touchy than a DJ. However, the choices of songs are always less. On the other hand a DJ can almost play anything you want. If they don’t have what you are looking for, it’s much easier to find the whole track than find the real music to be played by the band. If you can afford a fairytale wedding like in Cinderella do go for a mini orchestra which would make the whole wedding look more elegant and classic.

3. Registration if it is scheduled on the wedding day
4. Cutting the cake
5. First Dance
6. Last dance for the day
